You guys are so suspicious it almost unbelievable.

I have been a web designer for over 5 years and here are the most likely explanations for these factors.

1. The web designer put in a link to his own site, he did not have to therefore the most likely explantation is he is a new designer and knew there was going to be traffic so anticipated having his site up but is still busy with it. Again there is no reason from him to put his link there since its only purpose is to get him business, not assure legitimacy of the site itself.

2. He probably is a family friend of Livingston and many people go to their friends to create sites for them.

3. He used a yahoo acount as I do for some things. Domain records are used by people to harvest emails address so they can send you spam. The best way around this is to use "disposable" email address if you think your email might be taken.

I'm not saying that DF is a scam or not, but you guys are totally reading into things that have legitimate explanations. I am paid to do web design and teach internet classes and I have no way of telling if DF is a scam by simply looking at the web site.

Try holding off making judgment until you get some real info ;-)
