Look at the top logo. You can't trademark "Hair Clinic". Nor can you trademark "Selkirk Hair Clinic". These are not unique. Believe me, I've approached a lawyer about registering a trademark, and this wouldn't make it past the, "I was think of trading marking 'Selkirk Hair Clinic' and..." stage in the conversation.

I'm also amused at all the references to the FDA. I will say it again. The FDA has no jurisdiction in Canada. We have our own regulatory body. So the reference to the FDA is asinine.

The person(s) who did this should really do some homework before trying something like this again.
