Oh my goodness. This is hilarious.

Check under the "Non-Perscription" and "Perscription" link on the dermal fusion site.

Canada does not abide by the FDA. We have our own Federal agency, "Health Canada", which handles all our drug policies and health interests. If this were an actual Canadian scientist, he would know that. Drugs availability, surgical procedures, etc. are determined by Health Canada. We have drugs the US doesn't have, and procedures they do not have, and vice versa. Our regulatory bodies operate completely seperate from each other, we are SEPARATE countries.

The "scientist" or "hair clinic" would also know that Rogaine is a controlled substance in Canada. It is available only by perscription, as with Finasteride.

Somebody did a lousy job at pulling off a scam.
