I'd love to believe this is true, and normally I'm an optomist, but this one smells to high heaven.

1. I'm a Canadian. I know how Canadians think. I know that if this were a legit Canadian business, they would be advertising in CAN dollars, not American currency.

2. There are extremely stringent laws in Canada with regard to any health procedures. Even any HT doctors in Canada have to certified with the Canadian government, and they have to abide by the jurisdiction of the Federal magistrate. To have this procedure, unless your doing it in the back of a car, you would have to have Federal approval. I just don't see a small clinic in PEI getting this approval without some University or Government intervention.

3. Why in the world would you charge per hair? That is retarded. It would be a legistics nightmare, not to mention possible lawsuits, over just how many hairs were created. Do you really think a doctor is going to personally, or hire someone, to count all the hairs he has/they have created?

4. I'm a graphic-artist. I also do web design. The person who created his page sloppily filled out his domain registration, and doesn't have a working web page. I'll do a search in the Canada Business Directory for "Cyclops Web Design" and see if it shows up. In Canada, you have to be registered with the Canadian Small Business Bureau in order to practice any business at all. For that matter, I'll take a look into the Selkirk Hairclinic.

5. This is just dumb.

Sorry, but seriously, somebody is screwing around. This is bordering on fraud, and if there is a David Livingston, he now has grounds for slander and fraud cases.

Prove me wrong. I truly would hope someone can, but I think I'm right on this one.
