First off, I check this site every time I have time. So I don't want to sound like the guy who thinks he knows everything. However, I think it would be realistic to think of other options. Other options meaning things that really help us to cope with this problem. I have been researching this hairloss crap for two solid years and I don't think we are going to come up with some miracle until genes come into play. We all know that gene therapy will not even come to our rescue for at least twenty years. Hair transplants and anything even resembling it are not options for me and I am worried that people here are getting there hopes up for nothing. Believe me, I am the first person to hope that someone here proves me wrong. I was thinking tonight, and I thought of one of the worst medical problems to surface during our times. You know what it is, it's AIDS. What have we solved so far? The answer, NOTHING! Scientists are obviously making progress, but what cures it? Once again, nothing! Do you really think the best reseach, and the most money is going to things other than things like cancer and aids. NO IT IS NOT. And they still don't have a cure. Even if some scientist came up with a cure for HAIRLOSS today, and I mean today literally, we would still not see anyhting on the market for a long, long time. I wish to God, and seriously I pray, that some miracle would come my way. But people be realistic, please! I hear so much talk about the May 7 anoucement, and I feel sorry for you and me included. Lets be positive, but lets not be stupid. If someone cured hairloss, I would happily let you all beat the crap out of me. So, sorry to go on, but I wan't people to be realistic and come to terms with their problems. Peace out Eyes
