The

Protocol
for Use
- Apply pure
essential oils as per instructions.
- Using the touch
keys, turn helmet on and set timer (30 minutes). Select the user
number corresponding to the number of people using the helmet
(if you are alone, select number 1; if there are two of you
using the helmet, assign a user number to each user - you to
number 1, the second party to number 2, etc. BX3.4 can be used
by up to 3 people.)
- Place the helmet
on your head for a 30-minute session.
- Watch TV, read a
book, or just relax.
Starting
Protocol
Start with three
30-minute sessions per week, for 8 months.
Maintenance
Protocol
Continue with two
30-minute sessions per week, up to 1 year. After 1 year, consult a
specialist to adapt the maintenance sessions to suit your needs.
The BX3.4 helmet
uses rechargeable batteries and is supplied with a battery charger.
Please ensure that the batteries are fully charged prior to each use.
