for commercial purposes of any kind. HairSite
does not guarantee you will be selected as one of WSMR test
patients. All we do is to simply compile a database of prospective
test patient information and forward the details to WSMR. It is
totally at WSMR's discretion whether to accept you as a test
patient or not. HairSite is NOT involved in the screening process.
We are just facilitating the process. Also, HairSite has no idea
when WSMR will commence the next trial. We do not
guarantee that everyone will receive a reply and we do not guarantee
that it will happen within a certain time frame. If
you are interested, please submit the following information. All the
information will be forwarded directly to WSMR. All information
submitted here will be treated with the strictest confidence. HairSite affirms and
reassures everyone that information submitted herein will not be
used for commercial purposes nor will individuals' email accounts be
