Dear HairSite,
I have tried buying The Great
CoverUp since October. I had placed an order for 5 jars in
mid-October and had sent a check for $110. My check was
cashed within 2 weeks.
By end of November, I had not
received the product and sent an email and Barry (aka Robert)
Samuels responded that it is taking longer than expected to send
the product. I sent two more emails in December asking
about whereabouts to which he did not respond.
As of today, 12/29/01, I have not
received the product yet my check was cashed a long time ago.
I called and was told that Barry "does not live there
anymore". Well, his site (http://fly.to/coverup.com)
is still accepting orders. I have filed a complaint with
the US Postal Service for mail fraud since he solicited my order
and I sent a check via the US Postal Service. Please alert
your readers to this situation. Please direct your
