Dear HairSite:
I will be going
to JA for my first unit out of four that I purchased for
$3040.00. The date is set for Sat. 9/7/02 at 1pm. I am nervous,
I have worn replacements before, seen JA's units and they are
impressive. The address is 555 North Broadway, suite 200,

was very courteous) helped me.
I hope what they show you and what you get is not a hoax. I will

Dear HairSite
Hi, sorry I took long to let you know about my service. First I
want to say thank you for your help. The cut is great, the hair
looks so real that I can't tell it's there. I can't see the
hairline, even under harsh bright light, not even the mesh. My
family and friends are amazed, but some said it is a little thin
but fantastic. The people there are the nicest and really care.
I just wish the price was better.
The unit they gave me is their lightest which is good but I
prefer thicker hair. I called and let Ralph know this and he set
me up to come in tomorrow to either add hair or maybe go to a
thicker unit. I want to see scalp but it is a little too thin
for me. I'll let you know how it goes.

Dear HairSite:
I had to go back to JA to replace the first unit. I felt it
looked too thin and I was being told by friends that it looked
great but it also looked like I was going thin. JA without cost
replaced the unit, cut it in and it looks real good. I would
rate their service a 10 and their units, which look very good a
7 or 8. The reason being, their units are not custom made so you
can feel the difference. I have worn custom units from Hair
Replacement Centers and they fit a lot better. So for price and
fit I give a 5. ($3000.00 plus tax for four STOCK UNITS) The
look is very good, but too expensive, especially for stock.
