I am 22, this was my first HT.  I got 500 all FUE grafts with Dr. Alvi in Toronto. I chose him based on the following: FUE, aggressive temple work, high-density. The goal was to fill-in the temples, and replace the natural 'u-shaped' hairline with a more aesthetically pleasing (in my opinion) straight hairline.  I am planning on another all FUE session of 500-1000 to further square-off the temples and double the density (my goal is 60-80 grafts/cm2).  I opted not to go below the frontal forelock, only fill in the corners.
