First of all ... Welcome Back!! It was nice to hear from you again!
I'm glad you found that post useful in conveying your feelings to your loved ones - and that's important. But what I'm more concerned about is how you are dealing with things. If you are having trouble functioning throughout the day, then that is a serious problem; One that should not be ignored. We all have bad days, and I am certainly NOT belittling your feelings - this is tough at times - But you can't allow this to consume you. If you've done all you can do, there comes a point when you have to accept it. If you don't, it will destroy you - I guarantee you that! I know I've said this many times, but I will say it again ... You are more than your eyelashes!! I apologize in advance if I have misread you, but it seems to me that you are allowing this thing to consume you to the point that you can't even find any joy in life anymore. It's okay to have some bad days, but if your "bad" days are outnumbering your "good" days, then it's time to change that ratio.
It's hard for others (your hubby and mother-in-law) to be empathetic toward your situation, if they haven't been trough the same experience. Our trials help us to relate to and encourage others who are dealing with similar situations. I think it would be very difficult to try to get them to understand exactly how you feel and what you are going through. I would try to concentrate more on finding the joy I KNOW you once had:) You always have the wonderful ladies on this forum for support and understanding; They truly know what you are going through.
Don't let this devour you ... By doing so, you are inhibiting youself from reaching your full potential in life!!! Live, Laugh, Love:)
