HI, My hair has thinned for about the same amount of years. But it started with my childs birth. About 1 1/2 years ago my iron was at 6 so I took iron for a while. Had it tested again and it was 13. The doctor said it is above 10 so your all good now.Even though I have read that it needs to be above 70. My question is why do we pay all these money for these doctors that are so ignorant??? And does anyone know how much iron can be taken daily safely? Thanks.
