I am sorry that you are having such a hard time finding a good doctor to help you with your hairloss. You for sure won't find a doctor that will assist in guiding you with Internet medications that aren't approved in your country.
So according to what I have read if you want to be aggressive in treating your hair loss then you should be on minoxidil, an oral antiandrogen (one which is available in your country)and you could even add topical spironolactone to your armamentarium.
The antiandrogen you would take for about a year and then wean off it, you would continue with minoxidil for a year but after that maybe only once a day for the rest of your life and topical spiro would only be used for about a year too.
You really need a supportive doctor to work with you though. When you call the offices looking for a doctor maybe you can not only ask if they treat hairloss and how many patients but also what the doctors success rates are.
Good luck! I know how alone and desperate one can feel when dealing with hair loss.
